Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any online order, in whole or in part, without liability, for reasons including:

Orders and Delivery
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Number. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us within one hour of placing it at hello@lycopenpro.com.au.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and no charges will be applied.
Delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Once payment is received, we aim to dispatch orders the next business day. However, delivery times are not guaranteed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. After shipment, you cannot cancel the order, and tracking details will be sent to you.
We currently only ship to Australian postal addresses.
Returns Policy:
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item you received is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description on the website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via email at hello@lycopenpro.com.au. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, processed through your original payment method. Please provide proof of purchase for any returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods before issuing a replacement or refund.
Exchanges or Change of Mind
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.
Expired Products
If you receive a product that is past its expiration date, please notify us at hello@lycopenpro.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will issue a full refund through your original payment method.
