Postage and handling for orders

Lycopepro endeavours to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be dispatched the next business day, providing that products are in stock.

You will be notified via email that your order has been fulfilled along with the tracking information of your package.

All orders will only be dispatched once your payment has cleared. All our product pricing and shipping costs are in AUD $.

For delivery time frames please refer to our Australia Post guide below. Please be aware shipping is only released Monday to Friday and excludes Public Holidays. Delivery times may be longer than normal during popular promotional periods, seasonal events or due to public holidays.

Australia Post is our preferred carrier for all orders. We currently ship within Australia wide.

Standard Australia Post shipping within Australia

Allow 2 – 8 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

Express Post within Australia

Allow 1-3 working days from the date we ship your order (next business day delivery cannot be guaranteed outside the Express Post network)

As a guide, estimated delivery times for standard shipping are listed below for each state from the date we ship your order:

Victoria: up to 3 working days

New South Wales, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia & Queensland: up to 5 working days

Western Australia & Northern Territory: up to 8 working days
